Allowed Content Policy

Wallzee supports original creative work from human creators and AI-assisted creators. This policy explains what is allowed, restricted, and prohibited on the platform.

1. Core Rule

You may upload content only if you have the rights to publish it.

2. Allowed Content

  • Original wallpapers created by you.
  • AI-generated wallpapers created by you using lawful prompts and assets.
  • Edited works where you own all source rights.
  • Fan-style art when it does not violate copyright or trademark rules.
  • Safe-for-work artistic content.

3. Restricted Content (May be limited, age-gated, or demonetized)

  • Suggestive content.
  • Sensitive themes in artistic form (medical, political, conflict-related).
  • Real-person likeness content without clear consent.
  • Repetitive low-value uploads or near-duplicate spam variants.

4. Prohibited Content

  • Copyright infringement, including reuploads or scraped images.
  • NSFW explicit sexual content.
  • Child sexual content (strictly banned and reported immediately).
  • Graphic violence or gore intended to shock.
  • Hate speech, extremist propaganda, or harassment.
  • Misleading or deceptive content, including scam visuals.
  • Watermarks, logos, or branding you do not own.
  • Privacy violations (doxxing, IDs, addresses, phone numbers).
  • Any illegal content.

5. AI Content Rules

  • AI content is allowed, but you are responsible for rights and legality.
  • Do not generate or upload real-person imitation content without consent.
  • Do not use copyrighted input assets without permission.
  • If requested during review, you may need to provide prompt or process proof.

6. Copyright Claims and Disputes

  • Reported content may be removed immediately during review.
  • Earnings on disputed content may be held.
  • Verified claims may result in revenue adjustment, demonetization, or account action.
  • Repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

7. Monetization Impact

Even if content stays visible, it may be excluded from monetization, limited in distribution, or marked ineligible for creator payouts if it fails quality, originality, or policy requirements.

8. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and repetition, Wallzee may apply:

  • Warning
  • Content removal
  • Monetization hold or demonetization
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban

9. Appeal

You can appeal moderation decisions through Wallzee support. Include content ID or link, ownership proof, and a short explanation for review.

10. Policy Updates

Wallzee may update this policy at any time. Major changes are announced through website or app notifications.
